Wichita, KS – RedGuard, the leading producer of modular, steel, blast-resistant buildings for the oil and gas industry, closed on the acquisition of Civeo Offshore, LLC on November 1, 2022. The company specializes in workforce accommodation structures for use on offshore platforms, vessels, and barges.
The addition will help RedGuard expand its offshore fleet of leased, certified modular buildings and auxiliary equipment, offshore support, as well as add additional manufacturing support for custom-fabricated units across product lines. Civeo Offshore, LLC is headquartered in Belle Chasse, LA and the experienced team of employees and managers will remain in place to ensure a smooth transition and continued service to customers.
